It’s your all-inclusive entertaining evening of immersive, modern magic presentation, “Bending Reality”. The night features Dinner at Desmond’s Restaurant at 6:00pm followed by intimate/private VIP magic show at 7:30pm in The Bridgehampton Room on the lower level of East Wind with two masterful magicians, Eric DeCamps and Joe Garsetti. These two performers will present two very different, yet complementary artistic entertainment styles. The 75-minute magic show is recommended for adults 16 and older.

APPETIZER – Burrata With gently heated heirloom cherry tomatoes and olives, sliced red onion, greens, crostini balsamic and extra virgin olive oil

Chicken Papu – French breast chicken, stuffed with ricotta cheese, prosciutto and spinach, Madeira mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes and broccoli
Herb Crusted Salmon – Creamy mashed potato and sautéed spinach, citrus sauce
Bucatini with Mushroom Bolognese Sauce – Ground sautéed mushrooms simmered in tomato sauce with aromatic vegetables and tossed with a long spaghetti shaped pasta with hollow center topped with parmesan
