Sculpture in the Garden on the North Fork

The Landcraft Garden Foundation is pleased to invite you to Sculpture in the Garden 2023 Virginia Overton, June 3 – October 28. World-renowned artist Ugo Rondinone has curated the installation with sculptures by celebrated artist Virginia Overton, who is represented by Bortolami Gallery in NYC. The exhibition, which is also funded by the Huntington Arts Council, allows visitors to experience and interact with outdoor sculpture against a dramatic garden setting.

A hidden gem on the North Fork of Long Island, Landcraft Gardens offers four acres of botanical gardens surrounded by nearly ten acres of meadows, which are open to the public on Fridays and Saturdays, 10 am – 4 pm. The Foundation seeks to activate the artistic community of the North Fork with annual exhibitions that provide opportunities to view sculpture in dialogue with natural flora. The inaugural Sculpture in the Garden series launched in summer 2021 with the work of artist Ned Smyth, also curated by Rondinone.

The event is finished.
