Chocolate & Wine in February

Posted on

February was meant for chocolate, especially with Valentine’s Day celebrated on February 14th. Here in Long Island Wine Country, it is a natural match to pair chocolate with wine. The chocolates are more unique than expected though. There are handmade chocolates, extraordinary truffle flavors and even chocolate made with wine. Winery events focus on these special delights and match wine flavor notes to offer a special flight.
