The East End of Long Island is a great place to paddleboard and kayak. You can take a kayak tour and learn about the history and wildlife or explore a nearby harbor or river in any of our towns. There are several tour and rental places offering a variety of services for paddlers of all ages and abilities, even unique moonlight tours!
Whether you are looking for a guided tour, or simply want to enjoy a leisurely day on the water, the East End has it all.

Cruise Night Car Show

The Shoppes at East Wind, Wading River   |   Wednesday, July 26th   5p - 9p


Cruise night is a FAMILY-ORIENTED, KID-FRIENDLY event. You can visit the Shoppes, enjoy a bite to eat. Then check out the fine array of classic cars. They will be collecting donations for Veterans Food Pantry Association

Summer Concert on the Beach with
Penny Lane


Part of Southampton Cultural Center's FREE Summer Concert series. Grab a beach chair or towel and join them at the beach!
Alive on 25 is a walkable, pop-up summer street festival in Downtown Riverhead offering live music on multiple stages, car show, local craft beverages, outdoor dining, Long Island artists, performers and street vendors.
This is where the east end comes ALIVE between Long Island’s Hamptons and North Fork!

Paddle Battle Long Island

Peconic River, Riverhead   |   Saturday, July 29th

Be part of the Paddle Battle Long Island Race to Save the Sea Turtles! Join either the 2.5 mile recreational race or the 5 mile competitive race! Bring your friends and family for support! They can cheer you on at the start and finish line where they will be in full view.

This fun filled day of races will help raise money for the New York Marine Rescue Center! Medals will be given out to first place winners in each age category for each respective class and race distance.

Bug Light Cruise & Tour

East End Seaport Museum, Greenport   |   Saturday, July 29th   5p - 7p

Tour the inside of Bug Light, the only area lighthouse that allows visitor tours with plenty of time to explore.

Arrive at Museum 30 minutes early. Boat departs Museum at 5:00 PM. Coolers permitted. Reservations required.

Presented by the Montauk Chamber of Commerce, the summer concert series is free to the public and features a variety of musicians.
