    The Haydn Trio is an appealing, pastorale work, originally written for baryton, viola and cello. The baryton was a bowed string instrument played gamba style with additional sympathetic strings for resonance. The Mozart Quartet was written for Friedrich Ramm, Mozart’s friend and virtuoso oboist.

    This is a production of Cutchogue – New Suffolk Historical Council & North Fork Promotional Council in collaboration with Rites of Spring Music Festival

    Reflextions – Art in the Park

    In conjunction with Alive on 25, a FULL Lighting event with all of our installations lit. 
    Live Music by MICHAEL FRIEDELL – Solo Musician at 7p and special pre-performance from the Riverhead Performing Arts Summer Academy with songs from their Summer production of “Godspell” at 5:30p.

    Reflextions is a walkable, interactive experience for visitors located in Milton L Burns Park  (GRANGEBEL PARK) on Peconic Ave in Downtown Riverhead. A scenic setting – Reflextions utilizes the park to create a free, accessible public art space.

    Monthly Oyster Tastings, Sea Shanties, and Talks about Our Maritime Heritage.

    Rum Cruise –  A Sunset Adventure

    Departing from the Long Island Aquarium

    Enjoy Rum Punch on the Sunset “BOOZE” cruise adventure aboard the Atlantis Explorer Tour Boat. Travel along the Peconic River with fun music, complementary drinks and snacks, while enjoying the beautiful summer sunset.

    American Legion Post, Southold   |   Saturday, July 15th   8a - 2p

    The Auxiliary of the Southold American Legion Griswold Terry Glover Post 803 will host its annual Summer Fair and Fundraiser at the American Legion Post located at 51655 Main Rd. in Southold. The Fair will feature more than 20 craft, antique, yard sale, gift and baked goods vendors; face painting from noon to 2 p.m.; lawn games and other children’s activities. There will be a 50/50 raffle and a gift basket raffle. Hotdogs and refreshments will be available for purchase.

    Admission is free. Proceeds support American Legion Auxiliary initiatives that enhance the lives of veterans, active military and their families. 

    Beer & Blacksmithing

    Southampton History Museum   |   Saturday, July 15th   4p - 8p

    Learn the ins and outs of being a blacksmith with our resident blacksmith Ricky Bottenus. Guests will get a chance to swing a hammer and forge hot steel into their very own bottle opener to take home. Drinks and pizza will be provided. Space is limited to 6 participants so buy your tickets today! This event is limited to guests 21 and older.

    On the Grounds of the beautiful Quogue Wildlife Refuge

    The Gala will feature substantial hors d’oeuvres by Justin’s Chop Shop, cocktails, local wine by Pellegrini Vineyards and local beer by Long Island Farm Brewery, live music by Noiz, live and silent auctions, and a chance to meet our resident animals up close!

    Paddle Battle Long Island

    Peconic River, Riverhead   |   Saturday, July 29th

    Be part of the Paddle Battle Long Island Race to Save the Sea Turtles! Join either the 2.5 mile recreational race or the 5 mile competitive race! Bring your friends and family for support! They can cheer you on at the start and finish line where they will be in full view.

    This fun filled day of races will help raise money for the New York Marine Rescue Center! Medals will be given out to first place winners in each age category for each respective class and race distance.
