Bug Light Cruises & Tours allow East End Seaport Museum to share the joyful experience of visiting an offshore lighthouse with the public, the only area lighthouse that allows visitor tours. This two hour (approx. 20 boat ride each way and 1 hour on the lighthouse) excursion is narrated by the great-grandson of the last keeper of the lighthouse and allows plenty of time to explore!
Bug Light is a shining symbol of our community’s dedication to keeping our maritime heritage alive. East End Seaport Museum is responsible for taking care of the lighthouse structure, and the United States Coast Guard maintains the light. These educational, inspirational experiences also help raise much-needed funds needed for repairs and on-going maintenance
Arrive at Museum 30 minutes early. Boat departs Museum at 5:00 PM. Coolers permitted.
