North Fork Restaurants Offering Thanksgiving Dining

aMano, Mattituck

Located on Main Road in Mattituck, aMano is serving a Thanksgiving dinner this Thursday, November 25th. This local Italian restaurant will be open serving their festive dinner from 1-5:30pm. The dinner includes three courses for $49.95 per person. The first course dishes include Pan-Roasted Cauliflower, Roasted Beet Salad, and Butternut Squash Soup. The second course includes a varied selection of Pan-Roasted, Roasted Free-Range Turkey with Apple Bacon Cornbread Stuffing, and Braised Short Ribs. Desserts include a Warm Apple Crisp, Flourless Chocolate Cake, and Pumpkin Cheesecake. Reservations are recommended.

Birchwood of Polish Town, Riverhead

Birchwood of Polish Town Restaurant & Catering Hall, a local favorite in this beloved Riverhead neighborhood, will be offering their famous Thanksgiving buffet on Thursday, November 25th. Most notably, their Dinner Buffets are voted as the best in Riverhead! It includes a Deluxe Carving Station, Fresh Shucked Raw Bar, Cold Tuscan Appetizer Station, and even a dedicated Kids’ Station! A fun highlight is Jacqueline’s Giant Donut Wall, Chocolate Fountain, and Grand Dessert Table. Seating times are between 11:30am-7:30pm. Adults are $49.95 and children are $19.95 (ages 3-12).

Cooperage Inn, Baiting Hollow

Cooperage Inn on Sound Avenue in Baiting Hollow is well known across not only the North Fork but the whole East End of Long Island for their annual Thanksgiving dinner. Their a la carte menu is available from 11am-8pm, with advance reservations strongly recommended. Their Thanksgiving menu includes starters, entrees, sides to share, and desserts. Notable dishes include Oven Stuffed Baked Clams, Seafood Bisque, Apple-Raisin Stuffed Pork Roulade, Turkey Pot Pie, and Surf & Turf. Cooperage Inn also offers to-go options for Thanksgiving. Desmond’s, Wading River

Desmond’s at East Wind Long Island is offering a Thanksgiving to-go catering menu. They prepare all of the food for their customers in advance. The package includes a Golden Brown Ready-to-Carve 14-16 lb Turkey with all the fixings. Hot and ready to serve! This package serves between 8 and 10 people. Orders are available to be placed until Tuesday, November 23rd. Pick up is on Thanksgiving Day, November 25th between 10am-2pm. Grace & Grit

Grace & Grit, located on Main Road in Southold, is offering a full Thanksgiving takeout menu. Please note that orders must be placed in advance. The menu includes a wide variety of options like Deviled Eggs, Stuffed Mushrooms, Fall Arugula Salad, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Roasted Root Vegetables, Bourbon Bread Pudding, Corn Custard, and so much more. Their Thanksgiving Dinner Package, for example, is a total of $325 and serves between 8-10 people. That package includes: fall arugula salad, 12 lb all natural turkey, mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, green bean casserole, homemade gravy, homemade citrus cranberry sauce.

The Halyard, Greenport

The Halyard, located on Route 48 in Greenport, with one of the most beautiful water views on the North Fork, is offering their specially curated Thanksgiving Buffet on Thursday, November 25th. Appetizers include a Raw Bar, and Cheese & Charcuterie. Side dishes will include Baked Macaroni & Cheese, Crispy Brussel Sprouts, and Roasted Chestnut & Mushroom Stuffing, and Caramelized Sweet Potatoes. Main courses are Carved Heritage Turkey, Spiral Ham, and Smoked Montauk Swordfish. Desserts are Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, and Profiteroles. The Thanksgiving dinner buffet will be served from 2-8pm. Southold General, Southold

Chef John Fraser’s new general store, Southold General, is offering an “Everything but the Turkey” a la carte menu. Southold General is also offering delicious pies by acclaimed Pastry Chef François Payard. These are available on Wednesday, November 24th. A few notable menu items include spiced nuts, sage gravy, and smoked salmon mousse. Pies that will be available for Thanksgiving pickup include apple crumb with caramel, pecan with mascarpone cream, caramel and bourbon and pumpkin with marshmallow, orange blossom and fennel pollen. Stonewalls Restaurant, Riverhead

Located on The Woods Golf Course on Reeves Avenue in Riverhead, Stonewalls Restaurant  is offering a Thanksgiving dinner menu for Thursday, November 25th. First courses include Butternut Squash Soup, Stonewalls Classic Crab Cake, and a Spinach Salad with Poached Pears, and Crumbled Bleu Cheese. The second course offers patrons a Traditional Roasted Young Turkey with Apple and Sausage Stuffing, Crescent Farm Duck a l’Orange, and Dijon Hazelnut Crusted Halibut, among other selections. North Fork Table & Inn, Southold

North Fork Table & Inn on Route 25 in Southold just launched a pre-order for their Thanksgiving Larder by Chef John Fraser. These are meant to be ordered ahead and enjoyed at home for 4 or 8 persons. Pick up is available at the restaurant on November 24th and 25th. Notable menu items include a carved roasted turkey, stuffed mushrooms, smoked sourdough, and butternut squash bisque. The Restaurant at Baron’s Cove, Sag Harbor

The Restaurant at Baron’s Cove is offering a special Thanksgiving menu for those visiting and residing in the Hamptons this holiday season. Visit the cozy, waterfront restaurant for a festive farm-to-table Whole Turkey Thanksgiving.

The Thanksgiving feast includes a farm fresh turkey and sides as well as choice of a pumpkin or pecan pie. This festive dine-in offer feeds 6-8 people, and the cost is $540 per table.

For those interested in a 3-course option, there is also a pre-fixe Thanksgiving dinner menu featuring traditional favorites. These include Butternut Squash Soup with brioche crouton and butternut squash oil; Turkey Dinner with cranberry sauce, potato puree, haricot vert, and gravy; Stuffed Delicata Squash with dijon vinaigrette, brussel sprouts, and pepper jam; and seasonal sides such a Turkey Stuffing; Braised Mustard Greens; Potato Puree, and more. The cost is $90 for adults, $40 for children.

Claude’s Restaurant at the Southampton Inn, Southampton

Claude’s Restaurant is offering a beautiful 3 course Thanksgiving dinner from 1pm to 5pm. Adults are $42 per person and children are $28 per child.  Room rates start at $200 per night plus tax and fees.

On Friday, November 26th Claude’s will offer a dinner-and-show with Cristina Fontanelli. On Saturday, enjoy the annual Southampton Village antique fire engine parade of lights! End a splendid Thanksgiving weekend in the Hamptons with Claude’s brunch on Sunday.

Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa, Montauk

Guests looking to celebrate Thanksgiving in the Hamptons need look no further than Gurney’s Montauk where a delectable Thanksgiving buffet at Scarpetta Beach and Tillie’s will be served on November 25th. Menu highlights include venison meatballs with a sage, cherry and vermouth glaze; a crab bisque with fresh Maryland crab and brandy cream; and a traditional roast turkey brined in maple syrup, rosemary and black pepper with a classic gravy and cranberry apple sauce.

Highway Restaurant and Bar, East Hampton

For Thanksgiving in the Hamptons, guests of Highway Restaurant and Bar on Montauk Highway in East Hampton may begin making reservations two weeks in advance of Thursday, November 25th.

For dessert on-the-go, Highway Restaurant is providing their Milk Pail Apple Pie to-go.

For those interested in private dining, Highway offers private Chefs for hire with a special Thanksgiving Menu, compiled with traditional and seasonal offerings. These offerings are flexible based on the client’s request! In addition to the main event: the Roasted Organic Turkey with cranberry orange relish, salads will include a Lemon Quinoa Salad, and a Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad, among other selections.

Side dishes include crispy smashed potatoes, sausage and apple stuffing, buttermilk biscuits, glazed carrots, and roasted acorn squash, among many other selections.

Lulu Kitchen and Bar, Sag Harbor

Lulu Kitchen and Bar will be open for Thanksgiving. The restaurant in Sag Harbor Village near the Variety Store will offer a traditional turkey dinner from 12-8pm.

The Hamptons Thanksgiving holiday themed entrée will include fresh roasted turkey served with cranberry sauce, stuffing, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and gravy. The Thanksgiving dinner price is $96 per couple/for two people. Please note that there is a minimum of two persons at a table for placing an order.

Smaller portions for children at half price will be made available. In addition to their Thanksgiving menu, Lulu Kitchen and Bar will have their a la carte menu available.

Sí Sí at EHP Resort & Marina, East Hampton

EHP Resort & Marina’s restaurant Sí Sí is offering a family-style Thanksgiving dinner menu with a Mediterranean twist. The menu features elevated traditional dishes such as warm delicata squash, herb roasted heritage turkey breast and Moroccan spiced roasted brussel sprouts and is priced at $105 a person and $65 for children under the age of twelve. Mediterranean-inspired plates include Za’atar roasted cauliflower, mezze, and ras el hanout spiced lamb chops.

Paired with gorgeous views of the East Hampton Marina, this is an idyllic way to celebrate Thanksgiving in the Hamptons.

The 1770 House, East Hampton

Hamptons mainstay, The 1770 House on Main Street in East Hampton will offer a traditional Thanksgiving dinner 2-8pm on Thursday, November 25th. The 1770 House will offer their special Thanksgiving menu for dinner guests. Advanced reservations are required. Thanksgiving dinner will be served in their main dining room and downstairs Tavern.

Award-winning Chef Michael Rozzi has curated a four-course prix fixe menu. His menu features traditional and alternative holiday selections. The menu includes such first courses as Spicy Montauk Fluke Tartare, Hot Smoked Salmon Salad, and a Local Apple Tart with Burgundy Truffle. The cost per head is $125.

The second course includes Shaved Brussel Sprouts, and Butternut Squash Bisque. Thanksgiving dinner main courses include a traditional organic Amish turkey with sage gravy sausage stuffing, Seared Montauk Sea Scallops, and Braised Domestic Lamb Shank, among others. Desserts offered include a decadent Pumpkin Creme Brulee, and The 1770 House’s beloved Sticky Date Cake with vanilla ice cream.

Stone Creek Inn, East Quogue

Stone Creek Inn on Montauk Highway in East Quogue, an elegant French restaurant beloved by locals, is offering a 3-course, prix fixe Thanksgiving menu on Thursday, November 25th. The price per person is $95. A children’s menu will be available at $65 per child under the age of 12. Dinner service is set between 1-6:30pm.

Dishes for this Hamptons Thanksgiving feast at Stone Creek Inn will include appetizers like Lobster Bisque, Warm Oishi Shrimp Salad, Fresh Burrata, and a Roasted Acorn Squash and Watercress Salad. Entrees on the menu are a Roasted Natural Turkey, Roasted Long Island Duck Breast, Roasted Halibut, Filet Mignon au Poivre, and others. Side dishes are Country Bread Stuffing, Truffle Mac and Cheese, a Cheese Plate served with Quince Paste, and other selections.

Desserts include Cinnamon Sugar Donuts, a Pear Sundae, and Chocolate Cremeux.

Tutto Il Giorno, Sag Harbor and Southampton

Tutto Il Giorno in both Sag Harbor and Southampton Village is hosting a traditional Hamptons Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, November 25th. Seating for Sag Harbor is from 2:30-7:30pm, with the addition of a limited a la carte menu. Seating for their Southampton location is from 2-7:30pm. Advance reservations are required.

Sag Harbor’s Thanksgiving menu at Tutto Il Giorno includes Butternut Squash with Potato Gnocchi, Whole Baked Orata, and Pumpkin Pie, among other selections. The price per person is $75 or $95 per person with a wine pairing.

Their Southampton menu offers Carciofo (stuffed artichoke hearts), House Made Fettucine, and Ricotta Cheesecake with a local cherry confit for dessert, among other choices. The price per person is $80 or $115 with a wine pairing.
